Overview
The View Options panel allows you to customize how your presentation deck is displayed. You can switch between different viewing modes, show or hide interface elements, and adjust the content size to suit your preferences.
Display Modes
The panel offers three distinct viewing modes:
Standard Mode
• Best for: Traditional slide-by-slide presentations
• Features:
• Shows top and bottom panels for navigation and controls
• Page indicator dots at the bottom
• Swipe left/right to navigate between slides
• Customization: You can toggle the top and bottom panels on/off
Continuous Mode
• Best for: Scrolling through long content
• Features:
• Vertical scrolling through all slides
• Navigate by swiping up/down
• Page indicator remains visible
• Use case: Reviewing an entire deck quickly or viewing slides in sequence
Focused Mode
• Best for: Distraction-free presenting
• Features:
• Full-screen immersive view
• Minimal interface elements
• Page indicator visible for orientation
• Use case: Presenting to an audience or focusing on content without distractions
Standard Mode Options
When in Standard Mode, you have additional controls:
• Show Top Panel – Toggle the header bar visibility
• Show Bottom Panel – Toggle the footer bar visibility
Pro Tips:
• Double-tap the panels themselves to hide/show them
• Double-tap the background area to hide/show all panels
• These gestures provide quick access without opening the View Options menu
Paging Mode
Paging Mode controls how the header and footer display their items when a panel contains more than one module in those areas.
You can set the default Paging Mode in Interface Settings.
Automatic
Flight Deck ONE decides based on the content. If the items fit within the available space, it uses Single; otherwise it falls back to Multi.
Single
One item is displayed at a time. Swipe left or right to move between items. On devices with a home indicator, extra padding is added to improve readability.
Multi
All items are shown at once as a paginated group — swiping advances the whole group together.
Scrollable
Items are laid out in a continuous horizontal scroll rather than being paged.
This option is only visible when the current panel’s header or footer contains multiple items. It is automatically hidden for panels where each area has a single module, or when any module in the header or footer uses a flexible width.
Content Size (Zoom)
Adjust how large the content appears on screen:
• Range: 70% to 150% of original size
• Controls:
• − button – Decrease size by 5%
• + button – Increase size by 5%
• Slider – Drag to adjust freely
• 100% button – Reset to 100% (default size)
• Quick Reset: Double-tap anywhere in the zoom section to reset to 100%
• Current size is displayed as a percentage in the upper right
Settings Persistence
All view options are automatically saved with the current deck. When you reopen the deck:
• Your selected display mode is restored
• Panel visibility preferences are maintained
• Content size setting is preserved
This means you can customize each deck independently based on its content and your presentation needs.
