Known Issues

• UI and Performance
  • Help tips might appear too frequently or concurrently with others.
    We’re working on it
  • On older devices, Decks might have lag responses and reactivity
    Workaround: disable animation from UI Settings and set Conservative mode in Connection Settings, Advanced
• Decks
  • In some cases, Decks with variants, might show inappropriate instruments during loading.
    After a couple of seconds the correct Variant is loaded
  • For Decks with multiple panels the Swipe feature has weird visual behavior
    For now keep it disabled and select the panel from the Deck menu
  • Panel Editor might behave incorrectly while moving or adding Modules
    Being an Expert Mode feature, it is still a work in progress
• Gestures
  • Radial gesture for knob, being very new, still needs some tweaks
    Let us know what you’d like to be improved
  • General sensitivity and options might need tweaking for the default values
    Let us know which values you use so we can setup a commonly accepted set of defaults
• Logbook
  • In some rare cases, automatic flight start/end detection might not trigger.
    Workaround: start/end the flight manually from the Control Center
  • In some cases the current loaded Aircraft might not be detected.
    Workaround: refresh the app from the toolbar
• Providers
  • Some providers might present inconsistent layout, especially during initial loading. Here there is very little we can do, since it is related to the compatibility with the underlying Safari engine, used for the Providers feature.
    Workaround: refresh the webpage to fix the issue
• Dashboard
  • Some editing features are still choppy and or visually incomplete
    We’re working on performance and UI improvements
• World Map
  • The whole feature is still a work in progress, and we’re considering not to include it in the first release. It is going to be an indispensable tool, so we don’t want to screw it up!
