Memories is a media-oriented view of your flights, running on the same flights database as the Logbook. It is available as a dedicated section in the main navigation and from any aircraft page in My Hangar.
A calendar view covers every recorded flight. Tap a day to see the flight cards; tap a card to browse attached media in a full-screen carousel. A grid view shows all media by month in a scrollable mosaic, with text search by aircraft or airport and filter chips for favourites and rated flights.
Sources — Add folders to Sources (X-Plane screenshots, flight plans, etc.). Any new photo, video or file that lands in a watched folder during an active flight is attached to that flight automatically. Existing media can be imported in bulk.
Flight Gallery — Each flight’s gallery shows photos and videos alongside the original flight plan files and EFB from that flight. The EFB can be reloaded directly from Memories, restoring dispatch, charts and documents from that session.
Media Editor — Built-in photo and video editor. Photo adjustments: exposure (brightness, contrast, saturation), colour channels, warmth, Noir (black-and-white), Chrome / Instant / Fade film looks, tilt-shift, sharpness and vignette. Auto-Fix applies a one-tap enhancement and cannot be applied twice to the same image. Crop supports seven aspect ratios: Original, Free, Square, 3:2, 4:3, 16:9 and 21:9. Videos support the same adjustments plus trim.
A true-to-life flight recorder built right into Flight Deck ONE. Every flight is logged in detail, with time-stamped data, graphs, and performance metrics. Review your airspeed, altitude, heading, engine parameters, and more with precision. Ideal for flight schools and training, it allows you to analyze maneuvers, track progress, and learn from every flight — just like a real black box. And when you’re done, export and share your data with instructors, friends, or your VA community.
Black Box AI
After every flight, the new Black Box AI automatically analyses your recorded data and produces a highlights summary identifying the key moments: best climb, cruise segment, approach phase, and peak G-force events. The summary appears as a highlights strip at the top of the Black Box as soon as you land — no interaction needed.
A global situational-awareness view that puts your fleet, airports, navaids, and live weather on an interactive map. Teleport your aircraft to any runway in the world with a single tap. Start at a threshold, drop a custom pin anywhere, or search by ICAO, IATA, or airport name. Live METAR data for every airport, no additional subscription required.
Control Center
The Control Center brings together live flight telemetry, EFB status, aircraft information and situation controls in one place.
During a flight, real-time telemetry is always visible — ground speed, altitude, airspeed, heading, vertical speed and flight phase, with running block and air timers. If an OFP is loaded, the EFB summary is shown inline: route, time to top of descent, distance to destination, ETA, and a live METAR.
When the current aircraft is not in My Hangar, the Control Center prompts to add it directly without navigating away.
Automatic flight detection can be temporarily disabled from the Control Center, without changing the setting in Logbook preferences.
Automatic Flight Detection and Flight Rating
New flights are detected automatically when you start pushback/moving and when you land, taxi, park, and shut-off.
If enabled, at the end of the Flight a Flight Rating screen appear, where you can review you flight, tag it and add remarks
