Expansion Packs

If you’re not on the Premium Plan because subscription isn’t your thing, Flight Deck ONE Expansion Packs are the perfect alternative. These ready-to-use decks and avionics kits come at a convenient one-time price—for life. Get the specialized deck you need without recurring fees, and keep your X-Plane experience innovative and effortless.

The Flight Deck ONE Store is organized into clear Series, each grouping packs by a distinct logic and purpose. This structure makes it easier to navigate the catalog and quickly find the aircraft or modules that match your flying style. Choose a Series, explore its packs, and just fly!

Each deck works exclusively with its associated aircraft.

Expansion packs are built for pilots who know exactly what they fly. You pick the aircraft, you buy its deck, and you’re done — no subscription, no extras you’ll never use. That focus is precisely what keeps packs affordable and permanent.

The only exception is the GA Essential Pack, whose decks cover a wide range of general aviation aircraft — analog, GNS, and G1000 variants alike.

Want the full library instead?

Flight Deck ONE Premium changes the equation entirely. Every deck is still tied to its aircraft, but you gain access to all 110+ modules and the Deck Editor — letting you customize any existing deck or build entirely new ones from scratch, for any aircraft you fly.

What’s not included with Expansion Packs

Expansion packs give you ready-to-fly decks at a one-time price, but they’re not a full substitute for Premium. A few things remain exclusive to subscribers.

Custom deck creation You can’t build your own decks from scratch. Template and Flexible decks can be loaded on aircraft beyond their primary target, giving you some flexibility, but the deck editor itself is a Premium feature.

Deck editing Purchased decks are ready-to-use as they are. You can’t modify a deck’s layout, swap modules, or adapt it to a different cockpit configuration. What you buy is what you get — beautifully finished, but fixed.

Premium features My Hangar, Logbook, and other Premium-exclusive features are not included with expansion packs, regardless of how many packs you own. These remain part of the Premium subscription or Premium Lifetime.
